I was too too tired to write a diary, so it's not a daily diary but written the past.
(어제 너무 피곤해서 일기를 못 쓰고 잤다. 그래서 금요일인 오늘, 어제의 일기를 쓴다.)
In the morning, I got up late than the planned for exercise and exchange the money. From Columbia to Brooklyn, it took about 40-50 minutes by subway.
The reason that I went to brooklyn was for visiting Terreform as a studio tour, which is so thankful for columbia GSAPP.
Terreform is non profit organization researching eco-building material and urban planning. I should search it in Google, other said the head of Terreform had a TED talk before and is a TED fellow. If I saw his talk before, this tour could be more interesting. :(

You can see kind of discussion about "bio" originated architecture concept in TED talk comment.
Instead of him, a woman, professor in Columbia and NYU, gave us introduction Terreform and its projects. Indeed, her saying was difficult to understand although I saw the real project and process including Bio experiment lab.
I CANNOT TELL MORE, because I have know idea their project, meaning that cannot figure our what they are doing. :(
They have some kind of motivation and background of need, however, it is just a try or concept until now.
After tour, bought art stuffs in PEARL PAINT in china town, where is much cheaper than the store near university. Then, I exchanged my Korean money and Japanese money into dollar. It was not bad than I thought, indeed Japanese one's rate was quite good enough.
At 2 p.m., our presentation was held in 3rd floor. We attached our drawings with some photos on the wall and explain our what points are interesting in our work.
It is not easy to concentrate in the conversation during the whole time.(being more than 3 hours!)
However, as I got tired as, the discussion with the professor and friends got better. :)
Others' works are amazing, I couldn't imagine they did drew so complicated pile and its section. Someone did very creative, not a clear shape but complex.
Next assignment are three, one of them are related with the last one. We should improve our section drawing towards more creative and constructing more interesting section.
The other one requires some old books, for making a sculpture with them. So we were headed to 'BookCulture', where sold old books with very cheap price. Whatever amount it is in a canvas bag, it only costs 12 dollars. :p I could buy 5-6 books by separating a bag with Patty and Michael. (only 4 dollars)

It was thursday, and only 2 days passed from the start, however, I was too too tired. I can prove it that I got sleep even watching 무한도전. :(
